doctors function much like Doc on Gunsmoke. They have a black doctor bag with a stethoscope. if you are really sick he frowns and tells whoever is there to make you comfortable. he then tells them that you are probably going to die and leaves. he may suggest laudnum or whiskey to ease the pain or coughing.

three tier system
all human medical companies are required to function as non-profit organizations. this includes all aspects of human health care.
Doctors still make lots of money, but everyone else does not, including all levels of management. if you love people do this, if not get rich somewhere else.
- tier 1: people with no healthcare sit in waiting rooms for hours. the staff is low paid and error prone. people often die from oversight and mistakes. you get what you pay for. there is no legal recourse. people in this system pray sometimes, and sometimes God listens.
- tier 2: people sign up for healthcare plans associated with religious organizations. you are required to include some religious counciling in the process of healthcare. the religious groups run the health systems associated with their health plans.
- tier 3: a secular system similar to today. expensive and weird. people in this system tend to worship healthcare.
