not sure what we're waiting for

most or all of the prophecies necessary for the Antichrist to appear have been fulfilled. for instance Jesus said that the message of the Gospel must be taken to the whole world first. well the gospel has been available to the whole world for well over a hundred years. and many of the other things that Jesus warned of have been going on since the day he said them. the 19 hundreds more than demonstrated that humanity is brutal enough and capable enough to accomplish what the Antichrist will do. Hitler, Stalin, and the American baby slaughter of the last 50 years demonstrates humanities ruthless willingness to slaughter their fellow man. the AntiChrist will have the means to identify Christians and to separate them out and kill them. this will leave those humans willing to receive the mark of the beast. the Antichrist will rule for 42 months and then the Earth will be destroyed by an asteroid.
