just some guy

being "just some guy" is a two edged sword. we all are, of course. i imagine every guy thinks big thoughts occasionally, but God isn't looking for big thoughts. and then guys think they are great lovers, but God isn't looking for great lovers. God is looking for guys like David, Moses and Elijah. all very different guys with one thing in common, they love God with their whole heart. it's kind of a let down realizing that all guys are basically the same, but comforting that anyone can make it.
