this is a software term which means what you might guess, writing a whole bunch of code in an incredibly short time. under tons of stress. and of course if it doesn't work perfectly with all the features then Management's attitude is we need more people from India these Americans just don't have it to go. of course over time they find out that the people from India don't have it to go either. but it's a lesson you have to learn for yourself.
